Sustainability

Environmental, social, governance (ESG) factors in business management are complex, multi-dimensional and continuously evolving. At Atro International we have set standards for company behavior to help investors and stakeholders understand how we manage risks and opportunities related to environmental, social and governance. While the term ESG is often used in the context of investing, stakeholders include not just the investment community but also customers, suppliers, and employees. All of them are increasingly interested in how sustainable an organization's operations are.

At Free Paper Trading we are stepping to sustainability. We believe in reusing the used and are considering how to use regulation to manage or reduce pollution and waste produced in the pursuit of economic growth. We make decisions based on outcomes that have the least harmful environmental impact.

The 'S' in ESG stands for Social. It's a loose but flexible term that essentially covers all things that could (or should) influence a company or portfolio's overall social good factor. It's more than just doing good for your surroundings. It also means standing by your employees, tenants, and neighbours, supporting them in every possible way, and making their living or working environment as healthy and comfortable as possible. It means supporting local businesses, causes, and charities, building better communities, and improving society in general.

We strongly abide by the below: Diversity and inclusion: inclusive policies that prevent discrimination and promote a positive working culture ·We pay fair wages to all our staff working across the globe · Gender and equal opportunity: We believe in fair treatment in employment, promotion, training, and other personnel actions without regard to race, color, religion, sex.

Governance applies to how a company or asset is managed from the top down. In terms of Governance, a company's leadership is under the microscope, and leadership styles, the level of transparency and openness, and support for workers' rights are hugely influential factors. Good leaders are honest and trustworthy. Our leaders at Atro International are transparent, honest, and accountable for their actions always. They take care that the company steers away from any unsound business practices, doesn't associate or deal with questionable businesses, and absolutely avoids any conflicts of interest that may compromise the company's integrity. We conduct trainings for anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
